Happy with his shade structure

His owner could not have finished that shade structure at a more opportune time.  He spends practically all day under it and that makes me happy.

What does not make me happy is that he has no water in his barrel...yet wont drink the water I have for him in the "stealth set-up" :-(  

I change it out for him every other day but the only one that benefits is the purple sage bush who gets the discarded liquid gold.

These past couple of days Walter has not been himself.  He seems sad and not very active.  Yesterday when I went to check up on him, he was laying down taking a nap and that always scares me to death because horses sleep standing up!
