Late this afternoon I went to pay him a visit and I think the father and kid saw me...I did not care as I did not have food or water with me. About thirty minutes later I saw Walter eating...I will be darn...they actually fed him twice in one day!

Twice in one day!
Did not see his owners feeding him this morning but did not go outside to make sure either. At around 11:15 a.m. I saw someone in the corral and later went to check. Was glad to see they had given him some of the "prop hay"...I could also see that his barrel had water.
